For 99-13 FLHR Models. For 1 1/4" Handlebars w/ 1 1/4" dia. clamping area. Fits under the stock cover. Includes all necessary installation hardware. CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a raw finish. Tapped for 1/2"-13 riser bolts. Top clamp has tapped holes to lock handlebars in place. Comes with setscrews. Made in the U.S.A. - Part Number - 0602-0525
