Return Portal

Cancellations

All canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special order items or custom orders may not be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed. 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be reviewed by Tucker Speed staff and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

If a return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product, we will provide you with a return shipping label and upon approval/inspection of the product, refund you in full. If an item is returned because of customer error, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping charge (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can click on the return portal at the top of the page or contact us at sales@tuckerspeed.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Clearance Items

All clearance item sales are final. We do not accept any returns on clearance items. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like electrical items, customized items or special order items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

California Customers

  • If you plan on purchasing any fuel, air or exhaust related component you may be restricted due to C.A.R.B. policies.
  • ANY part that does not fit under the C.A.R.B. polices cannot be sold or shipped to California Residents unless it is for RACE USE ONLY!
  • IF you are using your part for RACE USE ONLY we require a signed copy of C.A.R.B. waiver (See Below) to be filled out and returned PRIOR to releasing your shipment.
