For 99-13 FLT Models and H-D Trike Models. CHROME FENDER-TO-FORK ADAPTER FOR 21" WHEEL. Aluminum adaptors allow custom front fender installation. Designed to work with most 5 1/2" wide undrilled fenders for 3" x 21" wheels. 14-19 styles have 5/16" diameter, 3 3/16" on-center blind fender mounting holes with 31/2" on-center, 5/16" fork leg mount holes. 99-13 styles have 1/4" diameter, 21/2" on-center blind hole fender mounts and 5/16" diameter, 3" on-center fork leg mount holes.
